A Time for Ladies Venture Workshops – 12:30 following Celebration service

You’ve heard the saying, “Nothing ventured, nothing gained”. Meaning…if you don’t try it, how do you know if you like it, could do it, if it could become your favorite hobby? On Sunday, January 31, A Time For Ladies will be offering something a little different and we’re calling it VENTURE WORKSHOPS.
The following five workshops will be offered:
- Demonstrating the proper method for planting a plant from small pot into group, and general gardening tips.
- No-fail pie crust demonstration.
- Basic sewing skills including how to sew on a button, make minor repairs, or hem a skirt.
- Create a glass etching – bring your own glass object and take home a beautiful piece to enhance your home.
- Introduction to knitting.
January 17 will be sign-up Sunday where you are invited to choose and sign up for 3 of the 5 workshops. At the event, ladies will rotate from one workshop to the next at scheduled times. Come venture out into something new! You might love it!!
