On Oct. 18, 1997, I woke up with a loud buzzing in my ear. Originally, the doctor thought I had a sinus infection, but ten days later I had complete hearing loss. The specialist I went to diagnosed me with Viral Labrithias. This is a virus that enters the inner ear and causes permanent hearing loss. When my equilibrium recovered, I headed to church! On Wednesday, Nov. 5th, I was prayed for. On Saturday night, my hearing came back! What a blessing! When my hearing was tested again, it had recovered 100%! The doctor is still adamant about his diagnosis and has no explanation for my recovery!
